Stonebridge Woodworking Mill

In 2006, to diversify from the competition, we opened our own woodworking mill. This allowed us to provide our customers with select stained wood products, such as cherry, mahogany, maple, and walnut for the price of painted and mass-produced products. At the mill we create custom base and crown mouldings, casings, stair parts, and specialty products. If desired by the customer we can also custom-mill products to receive a painted finish.

Stonebridge Construction Company and the Expandable Home Company are frontiering a new concept in home design.

This concept was created to maximize a home's square footage potential. Some exciting features include an open 3200 square foot two-story layout, vaulted ceilings and fireplaces in the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and up to four additional upstairs bedrooms and a loft overlooking the Great Room. Also included is a 1400 square foot five-car garage, a full basement, and an underground irrigation system for the lawns and planting beds. Superior standard amenities include Exotic hardwood flooring on the first floor, tile in all the bathrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen and all baths, oversized custom-milled hardwood trim, maple cabinetry, and much, much more.
